Thrombocytopenia
Normal PT, pTT, Hb, WBC
Positive CCOMBS’ test -
- Treatment:
- Patients with symptomatic bleeding ( Corticosteroids
IVIG
Splenectomy
Rituximab -
- Notes:
- Platelet transfusions do NOT work
